Sorry I've been of the radar lately but It's cause I have great things coming into the picture. I've spent the last summer honing my sculpting skills and have a lot of projects done or almost done. I am currently working on original pieces for sale on Etsy. I also have revamped my wonder woman armor, sculpted and casted a Halo librarian helmet and Hopefully in the next few weeks have my Diablo Barbarian costume finished.
I went to Dragoncon in August/Early Sept in Atlanta. Had a great time. My life partner, David (EvilFx) debuted his amazing Halo 4 Didact costume. I had to go sans csotume to work as his handler. It's really a hard to navigate/Walk/Breathing kind of costume. He needed someone he trusted to keep an eye on him. It really is the most amazing cosplay ever. His Facebook page has all his sculpts and progress plus the finished costume. www.facebook.com/pages/Evil-FX…
check it out. He was also featured at Nerd Caliber.
I really don't utilize this account enough and I also have a new facebook page forthcoming. New Name for etsy store and lots of projects. After dealing with a serious health issue for the last year, I'm feeling more like myself again and ready to get creative and go back to work. I'll be trying out some new materials, namely Worbla and Epsilon Epoxy coat for foams. This will be for my Diablo 3 Barbarian. I've been wanting to make the armor for this for over a year and I'm finally committing to it. I'll be debuting it at Nekocon in November. I will also likely pull it out for a few spring conventions and it will definitely be at Dragoncon next year. I will be teaching a Cosplay panel at an upcoming convention TBA later.
